DISTRICT COURT

Thomas Jadon Boose, 18, of Saginaw, is charged with possessing a weapon in jail. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Sally Lynn Mkandawire, 41, of Caro, is charged with larceny in a building and five counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Jane Ellen Williams, 48, of Cass City, is charged with operating while intoxicated (third offense), two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, operating while license suspended/revoked/denied, operating without security, operating with an open container of alcohol and unlawful use of license plate/registration/tags. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Sophia Elizabeth Lasiewicki, 23, of Caro, is charged with possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 13.

Michael John Smith Jr., 45, of Caro, is charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation, aggravated domestic violence and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 6.

Jack Christian Hirschman, 18, of Reese, is charged with torturing/killing an animal. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Timothy Alan Buttleman, 33, of Cadiz, Kentucky, is charged with stealing/retaining a financial device without consent and illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 6.

Jeffrey Martin Walker, 61, of Clio, is charged with absconding/forfeiting bond. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 6.

Philip David Borgerding, 39, of Caro, is charged with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 20.

Sarah Catherine Tupper, 58, of Caro, is charged with assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Brent Allen Gross, 37, of Caro, is charged with domestic violence (third offense) and interfering with electronic communications. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Tyrone Letrick Crosby Jr., 38, of Caro, is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 13.

Christopher Roger Paier, 23, of Reese, is charged with torturing/killing an animal. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 20.

James Leslie Richmond, 56, of Vassar, is charged with unlawful imprisonment, two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation, interfering with electronic communications causing injury or death, four counts of possessing a firearm while committing a felony and aggravated domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 20.

Taylor Alexander Dragus, 25, of Clio, is charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation, domestic violence, assault of a pregnant individual and malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 20.

CIRCUIT COURT

Calvin Ashyln Keeley, 35, of Saginaw, was sentenced to 365 days in jail for domestic violence (third offense). Upon release, he is to be placed on two years of probation and was ordered to pay $1,258 in costs and assessments.

Joshua Warren Cook, 36, of Vassar, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 267 days served for receiving and concealing a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. Upon release, he is to be placed on five years of probation and was ordered to pay $1,326 in costs and assessments.

Randy Earl Dibble, 67, of Caro, was sentenced to 365 days in jail – deferred – for 10 counts of possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of ammunition by a felon. He is to be placed on five years of probation and was ordered to pay $916 in costs and assessments.

Shane Lynne Trisch, 44, of Caro, was sentenced to three months in jail – delayed – for possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalents (second offense). He was ordered to pay $758 in costs and assessments.

Cal Bradley Richards, 32, of Cass City, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, tampering with evidence and lying to a peace officer investigating a violent crime.  A sentencing date will be set.

James Allen Leeseberg, 50, of Mikado, pleaded no contest to third-degree fleeing a police officer, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and operating while intoxicated. A sentencing date will be set.

Stephan Tyler List, 21, of Saginaw, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering – without breaking but with intent. A sentencing date will be set.

Jerry James Erla, 34, of Caro, pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance (second offense). A sentencing date will be set.

Derek Paul Diener, 33, of Vassar, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (third offense). A sentencing date will be set.

Justin Lee Fountain, 41, of Mayville, was sentenced to 23 months to seven years in prison for six counts of using a computer to commit a crime with a penalty of four to 10 years in prison and five counts of accosting a child for immoral purposes. He was ordered to pay $938 in costs and assessments.
