DISTRICT COURT

Brady Martin Wilber, 24, of Millington, is charged with delivery/manufacture of 5-45 kilograms of marijuana/synthetic equivalents or 20-200 plants, two counts of delivery/manufacture of marijuana/synthetic equivalents, possession of marijuana/synthetic equivalents and two counts of felony firearm. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 4.

Margaret Martinez, 25, of Dearborn Heights, is charged with two counts of first-degree home invasion, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree home invasion, two counts of larceny in a building, conspiracy to commit larceny in a building, interfering with electronic communications, domestic violence, two counts of conspiracy to commit assault or assault and battery, malicious destruction of personal property – less than $200 and two counts of assault and battery. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 4.

Nicholas Gale Jenks, 27, of Mayville, is charged with two counts of uttering and publishing, two counts of using computers to commit a crime and two counts of identity theft. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.

Leonel Alejandro Martinez-Munoz, 26, of Dallas, Texas, is charged with operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, moving violation causing serious impairment of a body function and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. A preliminary exam is set for 8:29 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Benjamin Lee Brank, 43, of Flint, is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues, operating a motor vehicle without security and operating while license suspended/revoked/denied. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.

Nicole Elizabeth Matthew, 30, of Reese, is charged with larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000 and larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.

Julie Ann Montgomery, 47, of Davison, is charged with larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000 and larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.

Joshua Warren Cook, 35, of Vassar, is charged with receiving and concealing firearms, conspiracy to commit receiving and concealing firearms, larceny in a building, possession of a firearm by a felon, four counts of felony firearm and larceny of $200 or more but less than $1,000. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.

CIRCUIT COURT

Shelby Michael Campbell, 36, of Caro, pleaded no contest to two counts of false report of a felony. A sentencing date will be set.

Zachary Allen Bignell, 22, of Snover, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation and domestic violence. A sentencing date will be set.

Gilbert Herbert Freeman, 51, of Caro, pleaded no contest to false report of a felony. A sentencing date will be set.

Keyth Michael Thompson, 24, of Caro, pleaded no contest to interfering with electronic communications, malicious destruction of property between $1,000 and $20,000 and domestic violence. A sentencing date will be set.

Ronald Matthew Bryce, 29, of Saginaw, pleaded guilty to larceny of between $1,000 and $2,000. A sentencing date will be set.

Robyn Starr Crump. 39, of Vassar, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – with credit for one day served for three counts of welfare fraud of $500 or more. She was ordered to pay $1,594 in costs and assessments and $14,991 in restitution.

Damian Gerard Izydorek, 39, of Caro, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – with credit for two days served for interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence (second offense). He was ordered to pay $1,158 in costs and assessments.

Kenneth Dale Schultz, 56, of Vassar, was sentenced to 365 days in jail – deferred – with credit for two days served for assault with a dangerous weapon. He is to be placed on five years of probation and was ordered to pay $1,758 in costs and assessments.

Randy J. Aldridge, 43, of Silverwood, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – for domestic violence (third offense). He was ordered to pay $1,758 in costs and assessments.

Carolyn Ann Toth, 54, of Bay City, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – with credit for 10 days served for second-degree home invasion. She was ordered to pay $1,008 in costs and assessments and $16,926 in restitution.

Cameron Michael Smith, 37, of Vassar, was sentenced to three days in jails with credit for three days served for possession of ammunition by a felon. He was ordered to pay $1,008 in costs and assessments.

Robert John Brunell, 55, of Vassar, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served for operating while intoxicated (third offense). He was ordered to pay $1,258 in costs and assessments.

Evelyn Marie Spencer, 31, of Caro, pleaded no contest to assaulting/obstructing a public officer. A sentencing date will be set.
