She dedicated each morning in prayer, Bible Study and prayers for over 50 people daily. Jessie was an avid reader and shared her spiritual books with her family and friends. After retiring from the State of Michigan for 19 years, she traveled worldwide. Jessie married her second husband Wilbur “Bud” Ostrander in 2002. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Charlotte Stephenson Manor for their excellent care of Jessie while in their facility.
