DISTRICT COURT

Brett Allen Wilber, 19, of Millington, is charged with delivery/manufacturer of a controlled substance – 5-45 kilograms of marijuana or 20-200 plants, controlled substance-delivery/manufacturers of marihuana/synthetic equivalents and two counts of weapons – felony firearm. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Thomas Russell Darling II, 39, of Vassar, is charged with three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance (marihuana/synthetic equivalents) and operating while intoxicated. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Aaron Nicholas Tacey, 18, of Essexville, is charged with two counts of computers – internet –  communicating with another to commit crime, and two counts of stalking. A preliminary exam is set for 8:29 a.m. on Aug. 28.

David Conley Scott, 55, of Fostoria, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct (multiple variables), second-degree criminal sexual conduct and indecent exposure. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Shannyn Renee Pelletier, 25, of Essexville, is charged with four counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Megan Lynn Fisher, 27, of Silverwood, is charged with felonious assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Richard Donald Werschky, 50, of Caro, is charged with interfering with electronic communications causing injury or death and aggravated domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Thomas William Patterson, 37, of Caro, is charged with operating/maintaining laboratory involving methamphetamine of a controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy of a controlled substance, ephedrire/pseudoephedrire – soliciting another to obtain and purchase/possession of ephedrire/pseudoephedrire to make methamphetamine. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Scott Alan Heckrothy, 49, of Caro, is charged with delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and two counts of purchase of ephedrire/pseudoephedrire to make methamphetamine. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Angie Lyn Spencer, 29, of Caro, is charged with two counts of creation/delivery of a counterfeit substance of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit creation/delivery of a counterfeit substance of a controlled substance, two counts of possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams of a controlled substance and maintaining a drug house of a controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Michael Wayne Richmond, 42, of Caro, is charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana of a controlled substance and weapons – felony firearm. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Melissa Marie Hill, 35, of Mayville, is charged with false report of a felony and lying to a peace officer –  four-year or more crime investigation. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Randall Scott Colwell II, 25, of Vassar, is charged with tampering with an electronic monitoring device. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.

CIRCUIT COURT

Justin Lee Hess, 21, of Reese, pleaded no contest to weapons – possession of a loaded firearm. A sentencing date is to be set.

Casey J.-Robert Mileski, 25, of Conway, S. C., pleaded no contest to interfering with electric communications and domestic violence. A sentencing date is to be set.

Brent Michael Rodriguez, 19, of Fostoria, pleaded no contest to criminal sexual conduct – 2nd degree. A sentencing date is to be set.

Robert Allen Raney, 43, of Mayville, was sentenced to 180 days in jail – deferred for controlled substance – possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalent. He was placed on one year of probation and ordered to pay $1,508 in costs and assessments.

Tyler James Meffer, 23, of Millington, pleaded guilty to two counts of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 50 grams. A sentencing date is to be set.

Daniel Martin Gilkerson, 72, of Clifford, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – third offense. A sentencing date is to be set.

Adam Robert Maxson, 31, of Cass City, pleaded no contest to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 50 grams, controlled substance – inducing a person to violate and involuntary manslaughter. A sentencing date is to be set.

Jason James Periso, 32, of Caro, pleaded no contest to domestic violence – third offense. A sentencing date is to be set.

Shannon Dallis Wells, 37, of Millington, pleaded guilty to operating with a high BAC – third offense. A sentencing date is to be set.

Amanda Lynn Ellison, 39, of Akron, pleaded no contest to domestic violence – aggravated – second offense. A sentencing date is to be set.

David Anthony Pellechia, 48, of Sterling Heights, pleaded guilty to stolen property – receiving and concealing – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000.
