DISTRICT COURT

 

Jake Douglas-Adam Rauch, 23, of Marlette, is charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, and five counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 17.

 

Jason James Periso, 32, of Caro, is charged with interfering with electronic communications, and with domestic violence (3rd offense notice). A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Herbert George Thayer, 48, of Milan TN, is charged with two counts of child support – failing to pay. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Timothy Alan Czarniak, 56, of Caro, is charged with larceny in a building and disorderly person – drunk. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 3.

 

Bradley Warren Chinoski, 48, of Hamtramck, is charged with second-degree home invasion and second-degree conspiracy to commit home invasion. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Amanda Lynn Ellison, 39, of Akron, is charged with domestic violence – aggravated – second-offense notice and domestic violence – second offense notice. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 13.

 

Karch Martin Taylor, 31, of Caro, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct – second degree (personal injury), two counts of criminal sexual conduct – fourth degree (force or coercion), criminal conduct – second degree – assault and alcohol – selling/furnishing to minor. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Stacy Marie Rachow, 45, of Freeland, is charged with embezzlement – agent or trustee $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Scott Alexander Brown, 57, of Flint, is charged with operating while intoxicated – third offense, controlled substance – possession/analogues, controlled substance – possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalent, operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – second offense and motor vehicle – operating without security. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

Edward Dontae Forte, 37, of Saginaw, is charged with delivery of controlled substance causing death and controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 50 grams. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 10.

 

CIRCUIT COURT

 

Zachary JD Neuville, 30, of Caro, pleaded no contest to assault by strangulation. A sentencing date is to be set. One other count was dropped.

 

David William Stranger, 40, of Snover, was sentenced to a minimum 270 days in jail, with credit for two days served. He was convicted of operating while intoxicated – third offense, and was placed on probation for 60 months. He was ordered to pay $1,258 in fees.

 

Leo Edmund Hartung, 65, of Reese, was sentenced to a minimum of 330 days in jail with credit for two days served. Hartung was convicted of for operating while intoxicated (third offense notice) and was placed on probation for 60 months. He was ordered to pay $1,258 in fees.

 

Raymond Corey Snover, 31, of Silverwood pleaded no contest on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Nancy Jane Johnston, 64, of Silverwood, pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance – possession/analogues and one count of controlled substance – possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalents. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Joshua Howard Stevens, 26, of Vassar, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated (third offense notice). Sentencing is to be set.

 

Cory James Nehls, 37, of Caro, pleaded no contest to absconding or forfeiting bond, license documents/plates – forgery, and operating-license suspended, revoked, denied. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Robert Allen Raney, 43, of Mayville, pleaded guilty to one count controlled substance – possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalents (second-offense notice). A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Lindsay Marie Sinclair-Tank, 21, of Mayville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served following convictions for false report of a felony and operating while intoxicated. She was placed on probation for 12 months and was ordered to pay $1,718 in fees.

 

Jackson Miles Lindland, 26, of Saginaw, was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for one day served for operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and operating while intoxicated. He is to receive 24 months probation and was ordered to pay $1,178 in costs and assessments. Lindland was ordered to serve 30 days now with the rest deferred.

 

Robert Anthony-Thomas Cerasoli, 34, of Millington, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. One other count was dismissed. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Jennifer Ellison, 29, of Otter Lake, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 43 days served for home invasion – first degree and controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. She was ordered to pay $1,826 in costs and assessments and to be placed on probation for 60 months upon release.

 

Derek Alan Williams, 37, of Clio, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalent – second offense. Two other counts were dropped. A sentencing date will be set.

 

William Douglas-Mitchell Dewey, 56, of Vassar, pleaded no contest to two counts of child abuse – second degree. Four other counts were dropped. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Thomas John Zaracki, 40, of Charlotte, pleaded guilty to sex offenders – failure to comply with resisting act. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Christopher Andrew Shaft, 29, of Caro pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession/analogues – second offense. A sentencing date is to be set.

 

Robert Thomas Cornelious, 56, of Port Huron, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for two days served for operating while intoxicated – third offense and weapons – pistols – carrying concealed while under the influence. He was ordered to pay $1,408 in costs and assessments and I to be placed on 60 months probation upon release.

 

Joshua Steven-John Puchella, 25, of Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 15 days served for breaking & entering – a building with intent. He was ordered to pay $1,258 in costs and assessments.

 

Timothy William Craig, 43, of Caro, was sentence to 150 days in jail with credit for 48 days served. He was convicted on two counts of children – accosting for immoral purposes. He was ordered to pay $1,276 and will be placed on 60 months probation upon release.
