District Court

Christopher Lee Vollmar II, 37, Akron, was charged with two counts of domestic violence-third offense notice and interfering with electronic communications. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Richard Lee Johnson, 39, Cass City, was charged with breaking and entering a building with intent, larceny-$1,000 or more but less than $20,000, weapons-firearms-possession by a felon, weapons-ammunition-possession by a felon, unlawful driving away in a motor vehicle, six counts of weapons-firearms-larceny and nine counts of weapons-felony firearm. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Valerie Marie Lesoski, 38, Caro, was charged with four counts of false report of a felony. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Joseph Carl Funk, 34, Caro, was charged with larceny in a building and possession of a controlled substance (analogues)-second or subsequent offense notice. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Krista Michele Milot, 23, Mayville, was charged with identity theft, financial transaction device-stealing retaining without consent, four counts of weapons-firearms-larceny and weapons-felony firearm. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Juanita Jessie Huizar, 32, Caro, was charged with larceny in a building and larceny less than $200. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Patrick Jason Payne, 40, Caro, was charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration act. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Christopher Raymond Patterson, 30, Caro, was charged with possession of cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic less than 25 grams-second or subsequent offense notice. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Todd Allen Fritz, 53, Fairgrove, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration act. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Andrew Joseph Blankenship, 18, Vassar, was charged with unlawful driving away in a motor vehicle and escape from a juvenile facility. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 27.

James George Stanley, 71, Millington, was charged with weapons-firearms-short-barreled shotgun/rifle, assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and two counts of weapons-felony firearms. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.

Stephanie Anna Zaherniak, 26, Caro, was charged with child abuse-third degree and child abuse-fourth degree. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 19.
Circuit Court

Kendra Kay Sands, 38, Caro, pleaded no contest to unlawful driving away in a motor vehicle. A sentencing date is to be set.

Blake Edward Lebioda, 19, Cass City, pleaded no contest to two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, weapons-dangerous, weapon-carrying with unlawful intent, weapons-felony firearm and domestic violence. A sentencing date is to be set.

Shirley Ann Cox, 65, Mayville, was sentenced in two separate counts for delivery/manufacturing five to 45 kilograms of marijuana. She was given 30 days (credit one day) for each count. She was also sentenced to 30 days (credit one day) for maintaining a drug house and given one year probation. She was also ordered to pay $1,194 in court fines and costs.

David Timothy Cox, 63, Mayville, was sentenced to a one-year delayed sentence for delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (marijuana), conspiracy to commit delivery/manufacturing of a controlled substance (marijuana) and maintaining a drug house. He was given one day credit for each count and ordered to pay $1,194 in court fines and costs.

Matthew Stanley Milostan, 29, Caro, was sentenced to 270 days (credit two days) for domestic violence-aggravated. He was also given 24 months probation and ordered to pay $785 in court fines and costs. Restitution is to be determined.

Nicholas Ray Williams, 32, Akron, was sentenced to 34 months to 15 years (credit 231 days) for possession of a controlled substance (analogues) and ordered to pay $258 in restitution.
