DISTRICT COURT

Justin Alexander Terbush, 23, Caro, is charged with stalking – aggravated. Pretrial was Jan. 22 and preliminary exam is set for Jan. 28.

Johnathan Richard Saunders, 27, Caro, is charged with police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, causing injury; police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license, second offense. Pretrial was Jan. 22 and preliminary exam is set for Jan. 28.

Cory Michael Centala, 36, Fairgrove, is charged with home invasion, first degree; license/documents/plates – forgery; operating while intoxicated, third offense; two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license, second offense; motor vehicle – operating without security. Pretrial was Jan. 22 and preliminary exam is set for Jan. 28.

Charles Thomas Koop, 30, Caro, is charged with two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; assault and battery. Pretrial was Jan. 22 and preliminary exam is set for Jan. 28.

James Steven Dundas, 17, Vassar, is charged with criminal sexual conduct, second degree (personal injury); criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree (force or coercion). Pretrial was Jan. 22 and preliminary exam is set for Jan. 28.

CIRCUIT COURT

Jeremy Richard Fosdick, 33, Lapeer, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – first degree. Sentence date to be set.

Paige Lyn Armstrong, 22, Brown City, pleaded no contest to interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence, second offense. Sentence date to be set.

Timothy Scott Piazza, 51, Vassar, pleaded guilty to two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.

Richard Earl Tuttle, 55, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance – delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,248 in costs and fines.

Edward Scott Sizemore, 43, Caro, pleaded no contest to interfering with electronic communications; assault and battery; he also entered a guilty plea for operating while impaired. Sentence date to be set on all counts.
