DISTRICT COURT

Rex Lee Colosky, 40, Vassar, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; alcohol – open container in vehicle. Preliminary exam is set for July 9.

Jennifer Kay Cunningham, 27, Caro, is charged with fraud – welfare, over $500; fraud – welfare (failure to inform), $500 or more. Pretrial was June 25 and preliminary exam is set for July 9.

Amy Jo Witt (AKA Gray), 37, Flint, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; driving with license suspended. Pretrial is set for July 2 and preliminary exam is set for July 9.

Darrin Lee Martin, 46, Fairgrove, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; driving with license suspended. Preliminary exam is set for July 2.

CIRCUIT COURT

Visiting Circuit Court Judge: Jonathan Lauderbach

Shaun Charles Parker, 49, Caro, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of fire or police property, habitual offender, fourth offense. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to domestic violence, habitual offender, fourth offense. Sentence date to be set in both cases.

Daniel Vushaj, 21, Utica, pleaded no contest to check – non-sufficient funds, $500 or more. Sentence date to be set.

Don Earl Wilcox, 28, Marlette, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He was remanded to district court for sentencing.

Jamie Matthew Humpert, 37, Unionville, was sentenced to 90 days with 1 day credit, 36 months probation for police officer – fleeing, third degree. He was ordered to pay $200 in restitution and $2,038 in costs and fines.

Dale Thomas Neumann, 42, Caro, was sentenced to 24 months probation for controlled substance – possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,758 in costs and fines.

Kelly Jo Dinsmoore, 35, Fairgrove, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering a building with intent; larceny in a building. Sentence date to be set.

Michael Clifton Smith, 59, Vassar, pleaded not guilty to interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence, habitual offender, fourth offense. Pretrial to be set.

Todd Alan Jones, 43, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance – possession of marijuana, second offense. He was ordered to pay $1,178 in costs and fines.

Alex Leo Pero, 21, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance – possession (cocaine, less than 25 grams); 12 months probation, 60 days with 1 day credit for controlled substance – possession of analogues. He was ordered to pay $2,078 in costs and fines.

Douglas Scott Grover, 49, Mayville, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance – delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,728 in costs and fines.

Charlie Leo Presley, 22, Millington, was sentenced to 85 days with 85 days credit for controlled substance – possession of analogues. He was ordered to pay $1,448 in costs and fines.

Nathanel James Berlin, 23, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was ordered to pay $1,038 in costs and fines.
