Mark Frederick Laux, age 58, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 4, 2017. He was born in Saginaw on September 30, 1959 to the late Howard and Naomi (Harback) Laux. He was a 30-year Avionics Electrical Engineer with Honeywell before starting a new career with Park Hannifin as a Medical Electronic Technician. Being a Michigan native, he was an avid Michigan sports fan, both college and professional. He enjoyed coaching his three boys during their sports careers. Above all, he was a true family man who enjoyed spending time with his sons, granddaughter, Sadie and grand-dog, Bella. He will be dearly missed.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Monica (Platz) Laux; children: Tyler (Gabrielle), Garrett and Chandler Laux; granddaughter, Sadie; sister, Sheila (Ray) Peche; nephews Jeffrey, Steven, and Matthew (Jennifer); step-nephew, Daniel; and step-niece, Heather.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 10, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, Ohio. Deacon Michael Grills officiated the service. Burial was at Mound Hill Cemetery, Seville, Ohio.
