Coaches have to pony up?

Cruising the various coaching websites, I found this article: Costly Arguments

Now, I'm sure this fund won't make much money, but it's a good idea. Heck, let's move this into the ranks of the kids.

Now, of course most high school kids don't have a spare Benji laying around ... but how much would a school tolerate of someone if the school was charged the $100 fine on behalf of the offending party?

Is this extreme? Sure. But it would get the point across that anything less than being a good sport will not be tolerated.
