Central Michigan-bound wrestler Corey Robinson - who never won a state title for the Tigers en route to 199 career wins - beat D1 state champ Jake Varilek Wednesday night at Hartland High School in the Inagrual MWA Classic. A showcase for HS seniors to wrestle. Robinson and Team Black won, 37-32.

Also, Marlette's Jon Hayward - who also will attend CMU next season - lost in his 119-pound bout to Brett Marsh.
