Back from the board meeting at Akron-Fairgrove. The board voted 7-0 to not accept the invitation from Owen-Gage to be one co-op football team for the 2008 season.

But that doesn't mean they won't down the line.

The concensus was that school didn't have ample time to evaluate all the questions that they had and they want to make this a clear decision, so the answer was no.

Does this mean no for good? Also, no.

I will be contacting A-F's School Board Prez and other members, their Athletic Director and football coach tomorrow and will have a full report in Weds. Advertiser.
