I have a confession to make. I am hooked on reality TV. I do not know what it is but I love it. Wife Swap, Celebrity Rehab, LA Ink, America's Next Top Model, the list goes on. I set my DVR to record them, I watch re-runs, I am hooked! I know I am not the only one out there, so please let me know what shows are you hooked on.

My new favorite is Baby Borrowers. I think this is the best idea ever for very young couples who think they are ready to have children. Our 4 year old would have perfect for this show.

I love So You Think You Can Dance!!! Hell's Kitchen... Super Nanny too. 30 Days is actually really interesting and it teaches good moral lessons. You should watch it :-)
