On Consumers Energy testing the air

Here we go again, large companies putting up large turbines making large profits. Our land owners need to put up smaller turbines to make smaller profits for themselves. With the 30% federal tax credits and 25% USDA Grants, you could potentially pay only 45% of the total cost.

If we think gas prices are not going back up or that natural gas prices, and electric prices aren't poised to skyrocket, then we are once again fooling ourselves. Have we not learned from the past? On Will Detroit's cash crisis kill the electric car?

"Will a cash-strapped Detroit kill the electric car -- again?"
If GM would have kept the EV1 program, and not canned it for the Hummer program, they would be selling more than a million of them this year (that is how many Prius's Toyota will sell this year)and it would still be the largest car company in the world.

On Wind turbines gaining popularity

The 30% federal tax credit has been extended. Also the USDA Rural Development Division has also initiated a 25% grant for rural small businesses and for farmers.
