Died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009 at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility, at the age of 75. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 at Avram Funeral Home in Mayville with Pastor Keith Mead officiating. Family will receive visitors 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6 until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Dayton Center Cemetery. Alice was born June 19, 1934 in Warren to Gilbert and Helen Louise (Schaible) Curtis. She was a 1950 graduate of Centerline-Busch High School in Centerline. She enjoyed garage sales, animals, was an avid reader and a life member of Mayville Museum. She is survived by one sister, Linda (Robert) Guy of Warren; one brother, John (Lorri) Curtis of E. China Twp, MI; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Marvin) Lambert of Kingston; one brother-in-law, Gordon Toles of Warren and many nieces and nephews.
