JOAN GUERIN

Died Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Covenant Health Care of Saginaw, at the age of 76. Joan was born March 16, 1933 to Walter and Sylvia (Stewart) Clark in Bloomington, IN and married Leopold Guerin Nov. 26, 1955. She was a member of Mayville United Methodist Church, a committee member of the Prayer Shawl Organization and a member of Mayville/Vassar VFW Auxiliary 10884. Joan loved spending time with her grandchildren, working search word puzzles, scratch off lottery tickets, WWE Wrestling, crocheting and mud bogs. She is survived by her husband, Leopold; children, Jeff (Tracey) Guerin of Chase, MI, Rodney (Diane) Guerin of Mayville, Brenda (Scott) Rubino of Millington and Eric (Cindy) Guerin of Reed City and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, David and a special companion, Sparky. Funeral service took place at 11 a.m. Friday, June 26 at Mayville United Methodist Church in Mayville with Pastor Dorothy Thon officiating. Interment took place in Watertown Township Cemetery.
