Jeffrey Lee Bykonen, 47, Akron, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (person under 13); two counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree (person under 13). Pretrial is set for Sept. 28 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5.
Robert Shane Arnold, 22, Sebewaing, is charged with jail - furnishing contraband to prisoners; jail - prisoner possessing contraband; controlled substance - possession of marijuana. Pretrial was Sept. 28 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5.
Tyler Wayne Love, 18, Caro, is charged with motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; conspiracy to motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; larceny, less than $200; conspiracy to larceny, less than $200; two counts of larceny from a motor vehicle; two counts of conspiracy to larceny from a motor vehicle; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license; failure to report an accident. Pretrial was Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.

Lyle Thomas Hutchinson, 17, Cass City, is charged with weapons - dangerous weapon carrying with unlawful intent. Pretrial is set for Sept. 28 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5.
Justin Ronald Steepe, 19, Millington, is charged with breaking and entering a building with intent; conspiracy to breaking and entering a building with intent; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building; larceny, $200-$1,000; conspiracy to larceny, $200-$1,000; malicious destruction of a building, less than $200. Pretrial was Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.
Circuit Court
Travis Jean Davis, 19, Vassar, was sentenced to 5-15 years with 1 day credit for operating while intoxicated - causing miscarriage/stillbirth to pregnant individual; 1-5 years with 1 day credit for operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. He was ordered to pay $3,196 in costs and fines.
Genaro Ramirez, 29, Akron, pleaded no contest to malicious destruction of property, $1,000-$20,000. Sentence date to be set.
Andrew James Wonnacott, 21, Caro, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away, habitual offender, second offense; operating while intoxicated. Sentence date to be set.
Gregory Michael Ewald, 21, Fairgrove, was sentenced (delay revoked) to 36 months probation for operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. He was ordered to pay $500 in costs and fines.
Keith Everett Acre III, 26, Mayville, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 36 months probation for domestic violence, third offense, habitual offender, third. He was ordered to pay $2,328 in costs and fines.
Frederick Vere Liestman, 69, Mayville, was sentenced to 270 days with 2 days credit, 90 days deferred, 36 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,628 in costs and fines.
Devyn James - Michael Barrett, 16, Clio, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree. Sentence date to be set.
Matthew Wayne Parcham, 45, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days with 3 days credit, 90 days deferred, 36 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,628 in costs and fines.
Thomas James Robinson, 53, Standish, was sentenced to 365 with 10 days credit, 90 days deferred, 24 months probation for sex offender - failure to comply with registration act, habitual offender, fourth. He was ordered to pay $2,128 in costs and fines.
Richard William Case, 47, Millington, pleaded not guilty to interfering with electronic communications, habitual offender, fourth. Pretrial to be set.
Brett Gregory Lackie, 28, Caro, pleaded guilty to sex offender - failure to register. Sentence date to be set.
Kelly Jeanne Stevens, 53, Fostoria, was sentenced to 90 days with 3 days credit; 12 months probation for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; 12 months probation for malicious destruction of fire or police property; 365 days with 3 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated and ordered to pay 434 in restitution and $2,764 in costs and fines.
Gary Marvin Hecht, 54, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months probation for check - non sufficient funds. He was ordered to pay $803 in costs and fines.
Christopher Michael Leiner, 21, Vassar, was sentenced to 18 months - 8 years with 227 days credit for sex offender - failure to comply with registration act.
Kenneth Wesley Walker, 22, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for interfering with electronic communications; 30 days with 2 days credit for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $1,261 in costs and fines.
Matthew Patrick Byczek, 52, Dearborn, was sentenced to 132 days with 132 days credit for absconding/forfeiting bond. He was ordered to pay $2,128 in costs and fines.
Lewis William Nowlen, 56, Caro, was sentenced to 18 months - 10 years with 2 days credit for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,128 in costs and fines.
Matthew James Slater, 43, Traverse City, was sentenced to 142 days, with 142 days credit, 18 months probation for absconding/forfeiting bond, habitual offender, third. He was ordered to pay $428 in costs and fines.
