Kyle Jeff Tumblin, 21, Saginaw, is charged with operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial was Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21.

Alan Jeffery Dandron, 53, Kingston, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; driving with license suspended, second offense; alcohol - open container in vehicle. Pretrial was Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21.

Margarita Jennifer Vladimerovina, 17, Akron, is charged with two counts of attempted motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; two counts of attempted motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property, $200-$1,000; conspiracy to breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property, $200-$1,000. In a separate case, she is charged with home invasion, first degree; conspiracy to home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building. Pretrial was Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21 in both cases.

Jessica Tanisha Willingham, 17, Akron, is charged with two counts of attempted motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; two counts of attempted motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property, $200-$1,000; conspiracy to breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property, $200-$1,000. In a separate case, she is charged with home invasion, first degree; conspiracy to home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building. Pretrial was Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21 in both cases.

David Edward McPherson, 22, Richville, is charged with five counts of breaking and entering a building with intent; five counts of conspiracy to breaking and entering a building with intent; larceny, $1,000-$20,000; conspiracy to larceny, $1,000-$20,000; four counts of larceny in a building; four counts of conspiracy to larceny in a building. Pretrial is set for Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.

Brandon Allen Buckley, 18, Vassar, is charged with five counts of breaking and entering a building with intent; five counts of conspiracy to breaking and entering a building with intent; larceny, $1,000-$20,000; conspiracy to larceny, $1,000-$20,000; four counts of larceny in a building; four counts of conspiracy to larceny in a building. Pretrial is set for Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.

Laurence Lenard Alexander, 37, Caro, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; operating while intoxicated, occupant under 16, second offense; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license; alcohol - open container in vehicle. Pretrial was Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21.

Donald A. Burgess, 55, Mayville, is charged with attempted motor vehicle -unlawfully driving away; two counts of failure to stop at the scene of a property damage accident. Pretrial is set for Sept. 28.

Jonathan Andrew Strauss, 27, Leonard, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license. Pretrial is set for Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.

Moses Wallace Rae, 28, Caro, is charged with home invasion, third degree. Pretrial exam is set for Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.

David Alex Brigham Jr., 19, Millington, is charged with breaking and entering a building with intent; conspiracy to breaking and entering a building with intent; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building; larceny, $200-$1,000; conspiracy to larceny, $200-$1,000.

Circuit Court

Lynda Kay Hutchinson, 28, Flint, pleaded guilty to home invasion, second degree. Sentence date to be set.

Michael Alan Acre, 24, Mayville, was sentenced to 180 days with 74 days credit, 60 months probation for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; 93 days with 74 days credit, 24 months probation for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $1,423 in costs and fines.

Cory Kenneth Sandborn, 29, Reese, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 90 days deferred, 60 months probation for domestic violence, third offense, habitual offender, second offense. He was ordered to pay $2,848 in costs and fines.

Preston Todd Berry, 20, Burton, was sentenced to 180 days with 43 days credit, 137 days deferred, 36 months probation for weapons - carrying concealed, habitual offender, second offense. He was ordered to pay $928 in costs and fines.

Mark Allen Morrish, 34, Owendale, was sentenced to operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, fourth offense. He was ordered to pay $223 in costs and fines.

William Cleveland Leiner II, 27, Vassar, was sentenced to one year, 3 months - 6 years with 221 days credit for sex offender - failure to comply with registration act. He was ordered to pay $128 in costs and fines.

Michael Shawn Anderson, 34, Macomb, pleaded not guilty to home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; larceny, $1,000-$20,000; weapons - larceny; weapons - possession; five counts of felony firearms. Pretrial to be set.

Kelly Marvin Brinkman, 23, Cass City, was sentenced to 365 days with 199 days credit for breaking and entering a building with intent, habitual offender, third offense.

Jeremy Lynn Sharp, 27, Vassar, was sentenced to 270 days with 60 months probation for police officer -assaulting/resisting/obstructing, habitual offender, fourth offense. He was ordered to pay $1,301 in costs and fines.

David Clayton Parker, 58, Bath, was sentenced to 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. He was ordered to pay $6,748 in costs and fines.

Jeremy Ryan Davidson, 19, Flint, pleaded guilty to home invasion, second degree. Sentence to be set.
