As Clerk of the Charter Commission and as a former Caro Village Manager, I recommend a yes vote for the Charter.
The commission spent over 64 hours in 18 public meetings debating this charter, not counting the hours spent doing homework.
I think it is a good charter with defined responsibilities and checks and balances between the administration and council. I intend to vote yes and encourage you to do the same.
