Keith Robert Carvey, 31, Bay City, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree; four counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree; child abuse, second degree. Pretrial is set for Oct. 19 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 26.

Cameron James Wilson Jr., 19, Vassar, is charged with police officer – fleeing; failure to report accident. Pretrial is set for Oct. 19 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 26.

Mark Allen Main, 44, Millington, is charged with police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, causing serious injury; police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; domestic violence; assault and battery. Pretrial was Oct. 12 and preliminary exam was Oct. 19.

Jose Luis Garcia, 19, Caro, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon; minor in possession of alcohol, second offense. Pretrial was Oct. 12 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 19.

Brian Keith Bables, 42, Vassar, is charged with police officer – fleeing; driving with a suspended license, second offense; operating an ORV – highway or right of way. Pretrial was Oct. 12 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 19.

Circuit Court

Raquel Ann Lalko, 30, Gagetown, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substances – obtaining by fraud. She was ordered to pay $1,228 in costs and fines.

Michael Irwin Provost, 25, Fostoria, was sentenced to 24 months probation for larceny, $1,000-$20,000. He was ordered to pay $1,103 in costs and fines.

Jeffrey Allen Fritz, 21, Vassar, was sentenced to 60 months probation for controlled substance – delivery/manufacturing marijuana; 365 days with 2 days credit, 180 days deferred for controlled substance – delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $3,749 in cost and fines.

Jonathan William Greene, 19, Millington, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaking and entering with intent. Sentence date to be set.

Jeffrey Lee Cloutier Jr., 22, Mayville, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit for public officer – assaulting and obstructing. He was ordered to pay $128 in costs and fines.

Michael Anthony Moench, 16, Millington, was sentenced to 2 years, 6 months – 15 years with 1 day credit for criminal sexual conduct, second degree (multiple variables); 2 years, 6 months – 15 years with one day credit for criminal sexual conduct, third degree (person 13-14). He was ordered to pay $400 in costs and fines.

Michael Garry Knapp, 34, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days with 5 days credit, 90 days deferred, 36 months probation for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was ordered to pay $1,628 in costs and fines.

Cody Michael Hodgins, 18, Vassar, was sentenced to 5-15 years with 111 days credit on two counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (multiple variables). He was ordered to pay $2,196 in costs and fines. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 5-15 years with 111 days credit for criminal sexual conduct, third degree. He was ordered to pay $1,128 in costs and fines.

Daniel Thomas Williams Jr., 26, Clifford, was sentenced to 18 years, 9 months – 40 years with 224 days credit on six counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (personal injury).
