Calli Jo Reniff, 22, Fostoria, is charged with gross indecency between a male and female - committing/procuring; criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree; two counts of indecent exposure. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Angela Jean Okelly, 35, Caro, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Robert Andrew Hempton, 48, Gagetown, is charged with controlled substance - (narcotic/cocaine), less than 25 grams; controlled substance - possession of marijuana; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Dillin Jacob-Cole Lewis, 17, Cass City, is charged with receiving and concealing firearms; conspiracy to receiving and concealing firearms; two counts of weapons - felony firearm. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Jodi Lee Williams, 38, Millington, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Kenneth David Grady, 19, Cass City, is charged with controlled substance - possession on school or library property. In a separate case, he is charged with receiving and concealing firearms; conspiracy to commit receiving and concealing firearms; weapons - firearms, possession by felon; three counts of weapons - felony firearms. Pretrial was Oct. 5.

Jeffery Allen Swift, 39 Buena Vista, is charged with bond absconding/forfeiting. Pretrial is set for Oct. 12 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 19.

Robert Edward Kosha, 38, Vassar, is charged with malicious destruction of property, $1,000-$20,000. Pretrial was Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.

Benjamin Thomas Lobaugh, 20, Caro, is charged with controlled substance - delivering/manufacturing marijuana; controlled substance - possession of marijuana. Pretrial is set for Oct. 12 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 19.

Cicuit Court:

William Curtis Downs, 28, Wheeler, pleaded guilty to escape from felony jail sentence, habitual offender, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Kyle Jeff Tumblin, 21, Fairgrove, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. Sentence date to be set.

Dirk Linsey Langworthy, 38, Caro, pleaded guilty to police officer - fleeing. Sentence date to be set.

Joyce Jane McIntyre, 67, Lake, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 180 days deferred with 12 months probation for witnesses - bribing/intimidating/interfering. She was ordered to pay $1,228 in costs and fines.

James Walter Dalton, 29, Vassar, pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted check - no account; check - no account. Sentence date to be set.

Alan Jeffery Dandron, 53, Kingston, pleaded not guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense; operating with a suspended/revoked/denied license. Pretrial to be set.

Melissa Marie McCloskey, 21, Caro, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - delivery, less than 50 grams; driver - failure to maintain security. Sentence date to be set.

Nathanael Isaiah McTaggart, 24, Caro, was sentenced to 5-30 years with 550 days credit for arson of a dwelling house; 34 months - 20 years with 550 days credit for arson - insured property. He was ordered to pay $149,550 in restitution and $2,196 in costs and fines. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 5-15 years with 550 days credit for child abuse, first degree. He was ordered to pay $1,128 in costs and fines.

Daniel Allen Nichol, 39, Vassar, was sentenced to 365 days with 88 days credit with 90 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $4,128 in costs and fines.

Michael Blaine Bowman, 34, Deford, pleaded guilty to interfering electronic communications; assault and battery. Sentence date to be set.

Donna Lashay Spoon, 29, Vassar, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense; police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.

Ronnie William McGregor, 45, Caro, was sentenced to 18 months - 15 years with 245 days credit on two counts of personal identity information - obtaining/possessing with intent to commit identity theft. He was ordered to pay $738 in restitution and $2,000 in costs and fines.

Timothy Michael Wilson, 22, Caro, pleaded guilty to larceny, $1,000-$20,000; larceny, less than $200. Sentence date to be set.

William Roy Herriman II, 29, was sentenced to 180 days with 97 days credit, 36 months probation for controlled substance - possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $2,628 in costs and fines.
