Justin Warren Withers, 19, Millington, is charged with two counts of uttering and publishing; two counts of forgery; conspiracy to uttering and publishing; conspiracy to forgery; larceny in a building. Pretrial is set for Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.
Russell Duvall Hann, 23, Columbia, MD, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial is set for Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.
John Arthur Hamilton, 21, Caro, is charge with weapons - dangerous weapon, carrying with unlawful intent; controlled substance - possession of marijuana. Pretrial was set for Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.
Jeffrey Lee Bykonen, 47, Akron, is charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree. In a separate case, he was charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (person under 13); six counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree (person under 13). Preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5.
Christopher Bret Senior, 26, Vassar, us charged with license plate/document forgery; police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; police officer - fleeing; operating on a restricted/revoked license. Pretrial was Sept. 29 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5
Mac Leroy Irwin, 33, Bridgeport, is charged with operating while intoxicated, causing injury; operating while intoxicated, third offense. Pretrial is set for Oct. 5 and preliminary exam is set for Oct. 12.
Alexander Thomas Vargo, 22, Caro, is charged with controlled substance - possession of marijuana, second offense. Pretrial was Sept. 28. Preliminary exam is set for Oct. 5.
Circuit Court
Alan Christopher Morey, 39, Lapeer, pleaded guilty to two counts of child abuse, second degree. Sentence date to be set.
Joseph Louis Moralez III, 36, Kingston, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for child abuse, second degree; 90 days with 2 days credit for child abuse, third degree. He was ordered to pay $1,873 in costs and fines.
Dorothy Jo Owczykowski, 23, Clio, was sentenced to 60 days with 2 days credit, 12 months probation for police officer assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was ordered to pay $1,008 in costs and fines.
Jeremie Erwin Hecht, 22, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days, 90 days deferred, 60 months probation for assault with a dangerous weapon. He was ordered to pay $3,128 in costs and fines.
Tanya Lea Keiter, 37, West Bloomfield, was sentenced to 1 year, 6 months - 15 years with 32 days credit on two counts of identity theft. She was ordered to pay $22,867.05 in restitution and $628 in costs and fines.
Robert Albert VanSimaeys Jr., 45, Clifford, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - possession of marijuana. Sentence date to be set.
Shane Allen Kitchen, 47, Caro, was sentenced to pay fines and costs for weapons - carrying concealed and operating with a suspended license in the total amount $2,081.
Joshua David Carney, 30, Davison, was sentenced to 90 days with 45 days credit, 45 days deferred, 24 months probation for child abuse, second degree.
Amanda Marie Plain, 28, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 6 days credit, 36 months probation for license documents/plates forgery, habitual offender, second. In a separate case, she was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 36 months probation for assault with a dangerous weapon, habitual offender, second. She was ordered to pay $2,496 in costs and fines.
Clinton Michael Peck, 20, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 days credit, 150 days deferred, 24 months probation for uttering and publishing; 180 days with 1 days credit, 150 days deferred, 24 months probation for forgery. He was ordered to pay $2,296 in costs and fines.
Galen Austin Bellman, 34, Vassar, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance - possession of analogues; controlled substance - possession of marijuana; operating with a license suspended, second offense; alcohol - open container in vehicle, habitual offender, fourth. Pretrial to be set.
Jeremy Ryan Davidson, 19, Flint, pleaded not guilty to home invasion, first degree; 11 counts weapons - firearms larceny; larceny in a building; three counts of weapons - firearms. Pretrial to be set.
