BALTIMORE (Reuters) - The Baltimore Ravens signed free agent wide receiver Kelley Washington to a one-year contract Monday, the NFL club said.
Six-year NFL veteran Washington spent the past two seasons playing for the New England Patriots.
Drafted in the third round by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2003, Washington has 73 catches for 896 yards (12.3 yards a catch average) and nine touchdowns in the NFL. The Ravens waived wide receiver Marcus Maxwell from their roster to make room for Washington.
