Kayla Fay Williams -Carroll, 27, Caro, is charged with 12 counts of child sexually abusive material - possession. Pretrial was July 20 and preliminary exam is set for July 27.

Nathan Allen Hubbard, 21, Vassar, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; alcohol - open container in vehicle. Pretrial was July 20 and preliminary exam is set for July 27.

Steven Michael Searles, 28, Caro, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial was July 20 and preliminary exam is set for July 27.

Alan Christopher Morey, 38, Lapeer, is charged with 12 counts of child sexually abusive material - possession. Pretrial was July 20 and preliminary exam is set for July 27.

Carolyn Ann White, 51, Highland Park, is charged with identity theft; two counts of financial transaction device - stealing/retaining without consent. Pretrial is set for July 27 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 3.

Circuit Court:

Russell Lawrence Underwood, 37, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days, 36 months probation for weapons - firearms - possession by felon. He was ordered to pay $2,128 in costs and fines.

Edward Mitchell Fisher, 42, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 160 days deferred, 36 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $2,628 in costs and fines.

Jeffery Steven Sasser, 51, Mayville, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - possession of analogues; operating while intoxicated. Sentence date to be set.

Edward Charles Bates, 38, Caro, pleaded not guilty to license documents/plates - forgery; operating with no license; motor vehicle - operating without security. Pretrial to be set.

Daniel Roy Sochocki, 38, Caro, pleaded guilty to animal cruelty; weapons - property damage, less than $50. Sentence date to be set.

Jimmie Ray Rogers Jr., 52, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days with 180 days deferred, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, fourth. He was ordered to pay $3,223 in costs and fines.

Preston Todd Berry, 20, Burton, pleaded guilty to weapons - carrying concealed. Sentence date to be set.

Kenneth Dale Schultz, 47, Vassar, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, fourth. Sentence date to be set.

Ralph Colbert Holbrook, 54, Lapeer, was sentenced to 27 days with 3 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $4,628 in costs and fines.

Paul Dean Fick, 60, Otter Lake, was sentenced to 365 days with 3 days credit, 365 days deferred, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated/impaired/controlled substance - third offense. He was ordered to pay $5,628 in costs and fines.

David Clayton Parker, 58, Bath, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. Sentence date to be set.

Lenard Konesko Jr., 40, Sanford, was sentenced to 365 days with 1 day credit, 185 days deferred, 36 months probation for weapons - firearms - possession by felon. He was ordered to pay $3,028 in costs and fines.
