Because investigators are still on the scene, information is sketchy at this time.
According to preliminary information, at least one person, possibly two, were allegedly fatally stabbed early this morning in Sanilac County.
At about 8AM, law enforcement agencies in Huron County converged on an alleged suspect in the case in the Kinde area.
Once law enforcement is done with their investigation, a press release will be issued later today.
