CIrcuit Courts:

Jesse Lee Germain, 28, Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded no contest to home invasion, first degree, habitual offender, fourth; motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away, habitual offender, fourth. Sentence date to be set.

Christine Jeanette Halsne, 47, Otter Lake, was sentenced to 12 months delayed on two counts of police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. She was ordered to pay $1,428 in costs and fines.

James Darnelle Graham, 18, Oak Park, pleaded no contest to weapons - carrying with unlawful intent. Sentence date to be set.

Nathaneal Isaiah McTaggart, 24, Caro, pleaded not guilty to criminal sexual conduct, first degree (person under 13); criminal sexual conduct, second degree (person under 13) habitual offender, third. In a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (person under 13. Pretrial to be set in both cases.

Kenneth John McCown, 48, Owendale, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Kenneth Wayne Maynard, 57, Caro, pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, habitual offender, fourth. Sentence date to be set.

Kenneth Charles Westendorf, 46, Vassar, was sentenced to 365 days with 33 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $2,128 in costs and fines.

Darrell Clifton Howard, 55, Millington, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 180 days deferred, 12 months probation on two counts of controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $2,196 in costs and fines.

Randy Lee Bussure, 51, Clifford, was sentenced to 365 days with 15 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, fourth.

Alice Lynne Martin, 30, Vassar, was sentenced to 10 days with 1 day credit, 9 days deferred, 12 months delayed for home invasion, second degree; 1 day with 1 day credit for assault and battery. She was ordered to pay $381 in costs and fines.

James Arthur Howse, 29, Millington, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 150 days deferred, 18 months probation for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,528 in costs and fines.
