District Courts

Timothy Lee Beckman, 43, Vassar, is charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree; five counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree. Preliminary exam is set for Aug. 10.

Shawn Deyo Chapelo, 38, Sebewaing, is charged with two counts of false report of a felony; two counts of insurance - fraudulent acts. Pretrial was July 6 and preliminary exam is set for July 13.

William Roy Herriman II, 29, Flint, is charged with controlled substance - possession of marijuana, second offense. Pretrial was July 6 and preliminary exam is set for July 13.

Michael James Stevens Jr., 37, Cass City, is charged with witness intimidating/bribing/interfering. Preliminary exam is set for Aug. 3.

Michele Jean Walker, 43, Clio, is charged with two counts of controlled substance - possession of analogues; controlled substance - possession of marijuana; operating on a suspended/revoked/denied license. Pretrial was July 6 and preliminary exam is set for July 13.

Gary Lee Conaway, 33, Vassar, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense. Pretrial is set for July 13 and preliminary exam is set for July 20.

Timothy Wilford Bearinger, 31, Mayville, is charged with weapons - possession by felon; assault with a dangerous weapon; interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence, second offense. Pretrial is set for July 13 and preliminary exam is set for July 20.

Timothy Jon Westendorf, 48, Vassar, is charged with criminal sexual conduct, first degree (multiple variables; three counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree (multiple variables). Pretrial is set for July 13 and preliminary exam is set for July 20.

Circuit Courts

Harold Charles Fulton, 20, Flint, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $928 in costs and fines.

Dale Gene Rushford, 57, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,728 in costs and fines.

Leo Edmund Hartung, 57, Reese, was sentenced to 270 days with 1 day credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $8,878 in costs and fines.

Michael David Prill, 31, Caro, was sentenced to 365 with 200 days credit, 60 months probation for domestic violence, habitual offender, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,828 in costs and fines.

Rachael Lynn Bohl, 25, Vassar, was sentenced to 270 days with 2 days credit on two counts of weapons - felony firearms - larceny; 270 days with 2 days credit for larceny in a building; 270 days with 2 days credit for false report of a felony. She was ordered to serve 36 months probation and must pay $2,332 in costs and fines.

David Wayne Taylor, 39, Mayville, was sentenced to 365 days with 2 days credit, 185 days deferred, 36 months probation for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana, habitual offender, fourth offense.

Andre Terreall McKnight, 20, Saginaw, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - possession of marijuana; impaired driving. Sentence date to be set.

Brian Keith Powless, 51, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana. He was ordered to pay $748 in costs and fines.

Mark Gabriel Fifield, 40, Lapeer, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 90 days deferred, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $2,628 in costs and fines.

Toby Conrad Slater Jr., 29, Fostoria, pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

David Paul Davis, 40, Vassar, pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Travis Roland Walters, 21, Millington, was sentenced to 69 days with 69 days credit, 18 months probation for weapons - carrying concealed. He was ordered to pay $1,378 in costs and fines.

Mark Anthony Smith, 32, Caro, was sentenced to 2-15 years with 20 days credit for assault with a dangerous weapon. He was ordered to pay $128 in costs and fines.
