William Curtis Downs, Wheeler, 28, is charged with escape from felony jail sentence. Pretrial is set for Aug. 31 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 8.

Justin Edward Duha, Reese, 26, is charged with weapons - carrying concealed. Pretrial was Aug. 24 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 31.

Michael Eugene Bilicki, Caro, 22, is charged with escape - from felony jail sentence. Pretrial is set for Aug. 31 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 8.

Kurt David Bennett, Vassar, 38, is charged with operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense. Pretrial is set for Aug. 31 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 8.

Richard William Case, Millington, 47, is charged with interfering with electronic communications. Pretrial is set for Aug. 31 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 8.

Sirena Mary Lyttaker, Flint, 31, is charged with malicious destruction of fire or police property; two counts of police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; trespass. Pretrial is set for Aug. 31 and preliminary examination is set for Sept. 8.

David Allan Stuart, Millington, 20, is charged with home invasion - 2nd degree; larceny in a building. Pretrial was Aug. 24 and preliminary examination is set for Aug. 31.

Circuit Court

Timothy Ross Paquette, Deford, 45, pleaded no contest to interfering with electronic communications. Sentence date to be set.

Raquel Ann Lalko, Gagetown, 30, pleaded no contest to controlled substance - obtaining by fraud. Sentence date to be set.

George Douglas Tappen, Saginaw, 56, was sentenced to 270 days with two days credit, 180 days deferred and 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $100 in costs and fines.

Daniel Leroy Yanna, Caro, 38, was sentenced to 6 months - 10 years for weapons - firearms - possession by felon; 6 months - 10 years for weapons - dangerous weapon - carrying with unlawful intent; 2 years with two days credit for weapons - felony firearm. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and fines.

Cody Michael Hodgins, Vassar, 18, pleaded no contest to two counts of CSC 1st degree. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to CSC 3rd degree. Sentence date to be set in both cases.

Jimmie Michael Allen, Caro, 18, was sentenced to 90 days with one day credit, 12 months delayed and 50 hours community service for larceny in a building; larceny less than $200. He was ordered to pay $1,196 in costs and fines.

Mark Condolairio Sandoval, Saginaw, 46, was sentenced to 365 days with two days credit, 183 days deferred and 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $9,628 in costs and fines.

Marco Ascencio, Birch Run, 38, was sentenced to 93 days, two days credit, 45 days deferred, 12 months delayed for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $2,141 in costs and fines.

Shawn Patrick Jefferson, Vassar, 48, was sentenced to 2 years 6 months - 20 years for two counts of controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; 365 days credit for time served for controlled substance - possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and fines.

David Paul Davis, Vassar, 41, was sentenced to 270 days, one day credit, 60 months probation and 210 days deferred for operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $4,723 in costs and fines.

Daniel Thomas Williams, Jr., Clifford, 25, pleaded guilty to five counts of CSC first degree. Sentence date to be set.

Mark Ryan Nickerson, Kingston, 57, was sentenced to 180 days, 64 days credit and 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $7,223 in costs and fines.

Todd Christian-Phaares Beaudoen, Caro, 26, pleaded guilty to controlled substance (narcotic or cocaine) 25-49 grams. Sentence date to be set.

Andre Terreall McKnight, Saginaw, 30, was sentenced to 180 days with four days credit for controlled substance - possession of marijuana; 93 days, 4 days credit, 36 months probation and 365 hours of community service for operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay $2,791 in costs and fines.

Jesse Lee Germain, Sault Sainte Marie, 28, was sentenced to 10 - 20 years for home invasion - 1st degree; 10 - 20 years for motor vehicle - unlawful driving away. He was ordered to pay $196 in costs and fines.
