THUMB AREA— All of the school districts in the Tuscola County Advertiser’s coverage area will start on the same day, but some will have only a half a day of classes and others a full day.
The following is a schedule of when classes start in Thumb area schools:
Akron - Fairgrove School District: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Caro Community School District: Tuesday, Sept. 8 with a half a day. Wednesday, Sept. 9 will be a full day.
Cass City Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8 with a full day.
Frankenmuth Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Kingston Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Mayville Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Marlette Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Millington Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Owendale-Gagetown Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Reese Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Unionville-Sebewaing Area Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a full day.
Vassar Schools: Tuesday, Sept. 8 with a half day.
