Robert Lee Baynes, 57, Saginaw, is charged with home invasion, second degree; conspiracy to home invasion, second degree; larceny from a building; conspiracy to larceny from a building; larceny, $1,000-$20,000. Pretrial was Aug. 3 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 10.

Derrick Scott Becker, 22, Caro, is charged with home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; 10 counts of weapons - firearm - larceny; conspiracy to commit home invasion, first degree. In a separate case, he was charged with home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; 2 counts of weapons - firearm - larceny; conspiracy to commit home invasion, first degree. Daniel Eugene Willette, 59, Millington, is charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense; weapons - carrying with unlawful intent; malicious destruction of fire or police property; 3 counts of police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial is set for Aug. 10 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 17.

Michael Lee Lawrence, 21, Deford, is charged with home invasion, first degree; 2 counts of weapons - firearms - larceny; larceny in a building; conspiracy to commit home invasion, first degree; conspiracy to commit larceny in a building; 3 counts of weapons - felony firearms. In a separate case, he was charged with home invasion, first degree; larceny in a building; 10 counts of weapons - firearms - larceny; 2 counts of conspiracy to commit home invasion, first degree; 3 counts of weapons - felony firearms. Matthew Allen Comstock, 17, Vassar, is charged with motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away. Pretrial was Aug. 3 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 10.

Thomas Michael Sochowicz, 58, Mayville, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon; operating while intoxicated; police officer - fleeing; driving with a suspended license. Preliminary exam is set for Aug. 17.

David William Gray, 36, Port Austin, was sentenced to 90 days with 41 days credit, 18 months probation for check - no account. He was ordered to pay $364.45 in restitution and $1,828 in costs and fines.

Ronald Robert Rabideau, 40, Port Huron, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, second offense. He was ordered to pay $1,723 in costs and fines.

Alan Christopher Morey, 39, Lapeer, pleaded not guilty to 7 counts of child sexually abusive material - possession. Pretrial date to be set.

Timothy Allan Gates, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for interfering with electronic communications; 60 days with 2 days credit, 30 days deferred for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $1,661 in costs and fines.

Brant Michael Smith, 22, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for malicious destruction of property, $1,000-$20,000. He was ordered to pay $1,631 in costs and fines.

Jered Keith Jevicks, 23, Frankenmuth, was sentenced to 365 days with 271 days credit, 36 months probation for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing, habitual offender, second offense. He was ordered to pay $2,568 in costs and fines.

Steven Edward Crosby, 19, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 3 days credit, 36 months probation on two counts of weapons - firearms - possession by felon; 90 days for controlled substance - possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $4,449 in costs and fines.
