Shawn Patrick Jefferson, 46, Vassar, is charged with sex offender - failure to comply with registration act. Pretrial was May 30 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Kenneth Edward Wilmoth, 43, Caro, is charged with two counts of false report of a felony. Pretrial was May 30 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Joshua David Carney, 28, Davison, is charged with child - accosting for immoral purposes; assault and battery. Pretrial is set for June 2 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Levi John Phillips, 27, Millington, is charged with two counts of weapons - carrying concealed; operating while intoxicated, third offense; controlled substance - possession of analogues; controlled substance - possession of marijuana; operating with license suspended/revoked/denied; weapons - firearm - possession under the influence. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Timothy Isaac Hitsman II, 22, Millington, is charged with interfering with electronic communication device; domestic violence. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam was May 30.

William Leroy Tune, 42, Mayville, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; false report of a felony; operating while intoxicated, second offense; driving with license suspended, second offense. Pretrial is set for June 2 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Joel David Fryers, 22, Fostoria, is charged with animal torture. Pretrial was May 30 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Tracey Ellen Miller, 35, Caro, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; disorderly person - drunk. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam was May 30.

John Francis Walker, 25, Millington, is charged with operating - allowing a person with suspended license to drive, causing serious injury; motor vehicle - operating without security; motor vehicle - allowing suspended person to operate; operating an unregistered vehicle. Pretrial is set for June 2 and preliminary exam is set for June 6.

Douglas Paul Greenman, 56, Fostoria, was sentenced to 1-15 years with 35 days credit for controlled substance - possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams; 1-15 years with 35 days credit on two counts of weapons - firearms possession by a felon; 2 years on two counts of weapons - felony firearms. He was ordered to pay $360 in costs and fines.

Thomas Ryan Schmotzer, 34, Cass City, was sentenced to 183 days with 11 days credit, 3 years probation for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; 183 days with 11 days credit for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $2,680 in costs and fines.

Justin Louis Moran, 26, Flint, was sentenced to 18 months - 5 years with credit 71 days credit for larceny - $1,000-$20,000. He was ordered to pay $5,520 in restitution and $620 in costs and fines.

Matthew Jason Burns, 33, Vassar, was sentenced to 1 year delayed for police officer fleeing. He was ordered to pay $245 for operating with a suspended license and $1,300 in other costs and fines.

Heather Lynne Ringle, 27, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 90 days deferred, 24 months probation for controlled substance - possession of marijuana, second offense. She was ordered to pay $770 in costs and fines.
