Charles Eldon Bills III, 35, Vassar, is charged with home invasion, second degree; interfering with electronic communications; two counts of domestic violence. Pretrial was May 19 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Duwayne Owen Jacobs, 36, Vassar, is charged with three counts of interfering with electronic communications; two counts of domestic violence, second offense. Pretrial was May 19 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Clinton James Behr, 28, Deford, is charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property, $1,000-$20,000. Pretrial was May 19 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Carl Richard Vargo, 41, Caro, is charged with motor vehicle - unlawfully driving away; police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; reckless driving; operating - no license. Pretrial was May 16 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Adrian Ray Key Jr., 24, Flint, is charged with absconding/ forfeiting bond. Pretrial is set for May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Michael Thomas Chopp Jr., 27, Reese, is charged with police officer - fleeing; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial was May 16 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Cindy May Warren, 45, Caro, is charged with police officer - fleeing; driving with license suspended, second offense. Pretrial was May 16 and preliminary exam was May 23.

Kenneth Lee Wood, 46, Kingston, is charged with arson - woods and prairies. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Jason Matthew Ramirez, 19, Caro, is charged with police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing; interfering with electronic communications; telecommunications services - malicious use; assault and battery. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Russel David Blomquist, 26, Kingston, is charged with arson - woods and prairies. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Kirstie Sue Troup, 38, Vassar, is charged with interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence. Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Arthur Alexander Marks, 36, Vassar, is charged with 48 counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree; 12 counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree (person under 13). Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Marcos Gonzales Castillo, 27, Caro, is charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct, second degree (person under 13). Pretrial was May 23 and preliminary exam is set for May 30.

Circuit courts

Joshua John Brinkman, 28, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 365 days with 1 day credit, 6 months deferred, 60 months probation for capturing/distributing image of unclothed person. He was ordered to pay $3,620 in costs and fines.

Rodney Kirk West, 38, Caro, was sentenced to 270 days with 1 day credit, 24 months probation for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing. He was ordered to pay $3,140 in costs and fines.

Nicholas John Beyer, 19, Munger, was sentenced to 12 months probation for weapons - firearms - possession of a loaded weapon in or upon a vehicle. He was ordered to pay $1,715 in costs and fines.

Larry David Kirkey, 37, Millington, was sentenced to 180 days with 3 days credit 90 days deferred, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated, habitual offender, third offense. He was ordered to pay $1,215 in costs and fines.

Joshua Alan McGill, 23, Vassar, was sentenced to 60 days with 2 days credit, 12 months probation for controlled substance - possession of non-narcotic. He was ordered to pay $1,920 in costs and fines.

Richard Michael Warford Jr., 39, Kingston, is was sentenced to 12 months delayed for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing, habitual offender, fourth. He was ordered to pay $1,020 in costs and fines.

Nancy Jean Welch, 51, Caro, was sentenced to 6 months probation for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing.
