Stephanie Nelson, 32, Millington, is charged with interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence. Pretrial was June 27 and preliminary exam is set for July 3.

David George Crittenden, 39, Kingston, is charged with weapons - firearms - possession by a felon; weapons - felony firearm; controlled substance - possession of marijuana, second offense; two counts of controlled substance - possession of analogues, second offense. Sean Michael Hadaway, 36, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 120 days with 95 days credit, 24 days deferred, 60 months probation for sex offender - failure to comply with reporting duties. He was ordered to pay $1,820 in costs and fines.

Richard Ray Lawrie, 39, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days with 2 days credit for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana, second offense. He was ordered to pay $1,120 in costs and fines. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 365 days with 2 days credit, 365 days deferred, 36 months probation for controlled substance - delivery/manufacturing marijuana, second offense. He was ordered to pay $2,560 in costs and fines.

Allan Lee Stephen, 32, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days with 44 days credit, 60 months probation for absconding/forfeiting bond, habitual offender, fourth. He was ordered to pay $1,120 in costs and fines. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 365 days with 52 days credit, 365 days deferred, 60 months probation for uttering and publishing. He was ordered to pay $350 in restitution and $1,840 in costs and fines.

Rayfort Ushay Sanders, 20, Saginaw, pleaded guilty to bond absconding/forfeiting. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to uttering and publishing. Sentence date to be set in both cases.

Michael Dwayne Vermillion, 30, Vassar, pleaded no contest to children - accosting for immoral purposes. Sentence date to be set.

Andrew Ethan Albin, 24, Caro, pleaded guilty to home invasion, second degree; larceny from a building; two counts of larceny, less than $200. Sentence date to be set.

Antonio Lee Villaneuva, 24, Alma, was sentenced to 365 days with 3 days credit for controlled substance - possession of marijuana.

Andrew Stephen Casper, 34, Cass City, was sentenced to 6 years, 3 months - 15 years with 54 days credit for criminal sexual conduct, first degree. He was ordered to pay $120 in costs and fines.

Dwayne Antony Rocca, 40, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 4 years, 10 months - 30 years for weapons - firearms - possession by felon, habitual offender, fourth; 2 years with 292 credit for weapons - felony firearms, habitual offender, fourth. He was ordered to pay $180 in costs and fines.
