Tina Marie McTaggart, 45, Caro, is charged with witnesses - bribing/intimidating/interfering. Pretrial was July 18 and preliminary exam is July 25.

Kelly Lawayne McTaggart, 50, Caro, is charged with four counts of witnesses - bribing/intimidating/interfering criminal case punishable by more than 10 years. Pretrial was July 18 and preliminary exam is July 25.

Matthew Christopher McComas, 23, Cass City, is charged with 12 counts of check - no account. Preliminary exam was July 18.

Joshua Anthony Largent, 18, Fairgrove, is charged with criminal sexual conduct - third degree (person 13-15). Pretrial was July 14 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 18.

Nicole Elaine Jefferson, 19, Vassar, is charged with controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana. Pretrial was July 18 and preliminary exam is set for July 25.

Michelle Marie Shearer, 41, Mayville, is charged with controlled substance - possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams. Pretrial was July 14 and preliminary exam was July 18.

Karen Ann Mayer, 55, Cass City, is charged with animals - abandoning/cruelty to four to 10 animals. Pretrial was July 11 and preliminary exam was July 18.

Jennifer Louise Sayles, 42, Millington, is charged with controlled substance - delivery/manufacture (schedule 4). Pretrial was July 11 and preliminary exam was July 18.

Catherine Evelyn Wackerly, 21, Bay City, is charged with driving - felonious; driving reckless. Arraignment was July 2.

Curtis Lee Smith, 46, Vassar, is charged with conspiracy to controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana. Pretrial is set for July 21 and preliminary exam is set for July 25.

Joshua Richard Jacobs, 17, Vassar, is charged with criminal sexual conduct - first degree (person under 13); criminal sexual conduct - second degree. Pretrial is set for July 21 and preliminary exam is set for July 25.

Brian Keith Powless, 50, Millington, is charged with two counts of controlled substance - delivery/manufacture. Pretrial was July 18 and preliminary exam is set for July 25.

William Joseph Pickering, 18, Ypsilanti, is charged with weapons - dangerous weapons - carrying with unlawful intent; malicious destruction of building - $200 or more but less than $1,000. Pretrial was July 14 and preliminary exam was July 18.

Daniel Scott Menne, 40, Burton, is charged with absconding or forfeiting bond. Pretrial was July 14 and preliminary exam was July 18. Also charged with license documents/plates - forgery; operating - license suspended, revoked, denied (2nd offense); operating license - forgery/alteration/false ID. Pretrial was May 19 and preliminary was May 23.

Juliet Colleen Stephens-Kijek, 31, Silverwood, is charged with operating while intoxicated (3rd offense); operating license - suspended, revoked, denied. Pretrial is set for July 21 and preliminary exam is set for July 25.

John Wayne Kurtansky, 40, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with two days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay $2,920 in costs and fines.

Adrian Ray Key Jr., 24, Flint, pleaded no contest to home invasion - second degree; larceny in a building. He pleaded guilty to bond abscond/forfeit. Sentence date to be set.

Francis Helen Edwards, 32, Marlette, was sentenced to 180 days with one day credit for larceny - $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; 180 days with one day credit, 120 deferred, 34 months probation, for computers - using to commit a crime - maximum imprisonment of four years or more but less than 10 years. He was ordered to pay $1,500 in costs and fines.

Juan Sockow Ruiz Jr., 20, Akron, was sentenced to 90 days for controlled substance - possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $620 in costs and fines.

Sarah Susanne Woodhull, 28, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 146 days credit, 180 days deferred, 60 months probation, for child abuse - third degree. She was ordered to pay $380 in costs and fines.

Ryan Edwin Sundberg, 19, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days with three days credit, 365 days deferred, 36 months probation for home invasion - second degree; 183 days with three days credit for controlled substance - possession/analogues; 183 days with three days credit for motor vehicle - operation without security. He was ordered to pay $2,500 in costs and fines.

Christina Raquel Leonard, 21, Akron, pleaded no contest to malicious destruction of personal property - $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, two counts; operating - license suspended, revoked, denied.

Kenneth Edward Wilmoth, 44, Caro, pleaded guilty to false report of a felony. Sentence date to be set.

Robert Alan Noffke, 44, Cass City, pleaded not guilty to interfering with electronic communications, two counts. Pretrial to be set.

Jeffrey Allen Craig, 25, Flushing, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering - a building with intent, three counts; safe breaking. Sentence date to be set.

Robert Allen Rapcka, 33, Flint, pleaded guilty to child support - failing to pay. Sentence date to be set.

Mark Timothy Vogel Jr., 19, Caro, was charged with minimum nine years, maximum 25 years with 270 days credit, concurrent, for criminal sexual conduct - first degree (person under 13), three counts. He was ordered to pay $1,740 in costs and fines.

Richard Bryan Flemington, 41, Caro, was sentenced to 270 days with 128 days credit for police officer - fleeing - third degree - vehicle code; 365 days with 128 days credit for operating while intoxicated, third offense; 210 days with 128 days credit, concurrent, 36 months probation, 60 hours community service for police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was ordered to pay $13,940 in costs and fines.

Maxine Marie Strudgeon, 49, Akron, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Arthur Lee Dixon, 57, was sentenced to 180 days with two days credit, 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay $3,120 in costs and fines.

Raymond Michael Matson, 28, Cass City, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering - a building with intent, three counts; safe breaking. Sentence date to be set.

Lisa Ann Sanders, 47, Deford, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - possession of marijuana. Sentence date to be set.

Michael Garry Knapp, 33, Millington, pleaded guilty to police officer - assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.

Steven Robert Hiiter, 26, Kingston, completed delay of sentence for interfering with electronic communications.

Brandon Lee Proper, 23, Akron, completed delay of sentence for police officer - fleeing - fourth degree - vehicle code.
