PIGEON — The Graham Field Baseball Club knocked off host Pigeon on Sunday with a sweep, winning, 5-3 and 4-3.
In game 1, Jack Dora got the win, striking out 10 while allowing seven hits and three earned runs.
Jason Romain (run, stolen base) and Brandon Hartel (two RBI) each had a multi-hit game in the win.
James Lopex added a two-run home run in the top pf the first inning to start the scoring for the 8-0 Caro team.
Shawn Wise was 3-for-3 for Pigeon (0-2) with two RBI and a run scored.
Shane Kelley got the Game 2 win as he struck out 10 and allowed three runs on five hits while Hartel added two more hits with two RBI and two steals.
Wise once again led Pigeon with two hits and two RBI, both coming in the top of the sixth, where the team did its damage.
