This lawsuit would not of been in Tuscola County, it would of been in Bay City Federal Court House. I am sure if it went to trial after all the facts, this would of been in the millions. As what this judge kent did can not make no one happy in Tuscola County. Years will tell that this will be one of the worst Judges in Tuscola County for his sexual behavior in the court house. I hope all the court house employees have washed down there desk and areas, because from the court documents; judge kent had sex many times and many places in the court house.  History will show that judge kent damaged many childrens lives and will be the worst judge Tuscola County has ever seen. His father, a former Federal Judge,  must be turning in his grave right now.
