DISTRICT COURT

Stacey Lee Fields, 31, of Akron, is charged with two counts of welfare fraud of $500 or more. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Steven Norris Milot, 23, of Mayville, is charged with carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of possessing a firearm while committing a felony. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Nickolas Daniel Morris, 20, of Birch Run, is charged with larceny in a building and possession of a controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 14.

Reco Jarmell Stinson, 19, of Canton, is charged with failure to return rental property of $20,000 or more. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Christopher Charles Bilicki, 22, of Vassar, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

William O’Neal Sandlin, 36, of Caro, is charged with operating while intoxicated (third offense), reckless driving and failure to use due care when passing a stationary emergency vehicle. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Kayla Marie Bickel, 27, of Cass City, is charged with four counts of welfare fraud of $500 or more and two counts of welfare fraud of less than $500. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Monica Childress, 42, of Millington, is charged with six counts of welfare fraud of $500 or more. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

Ryan Stuart Thornton, 26, of Fairgrove, is charged with delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and delivery/manufacture of less than 25 grams of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

CIRCUIT COURT

Kenneth Charles Ender, 32, of Cass City, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – for possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic (second offense) and possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalents (second offense). He was ordered to pay $1,816 in costs and assessments.

Jaclyn Marie Fil, 28, of Caro, pleaded no contest to assault with a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle without security. A sentencing date will be set.

Aaron Carl Dewald, of Vassar, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (third offense). A sentencing date will be set.

Michael Allen Yates, 62, of Caro, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated (third offense) and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A sentencing date will be set.

Amanda Grace Haskell, 41, of Harrison, pleaded guilty to possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. A sentencing date will be set.

Kristen Nichole Carter, 24, of Caro, pleaded no contest to two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and four counts to assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A sentencing date will be set.

Ashley Elizabeth Michell Smith, 31, of Cass City, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 174 days served for two counts of lying to a police officer conducting a violent crime investigation. Upon release, she is to be placed on two years of probation and was ordered to pay $1,016 in costs and assessments.
