Steven Michael Olmstead, 33, Montrose, was charged with domestic violence – third offense. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Cory Keonte Estes, 23, Saginaw, is charged with controlled substance – possession of cocaine less than 25 grams; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; operating – no license. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Dennis Allen Williams, 62, Birch Run, is charged with two counts of check – non-sufficient funds – three within 10 days. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Chad Allen Bindschatel, 27, Caro, is charged with two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
David Paul DiFrancesco Jr., 22, Cass City, is charge with conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana; and controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Angela Jean O’Kelly, 38, Caro, is charged with child abuse – 2nd degree; two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; and domestic violence. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Charles Thomas Koop, 30, Caro, is charged with two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial was March 18, and preliminary exam is scheduled for March 25.
Chad Richard Brown, 33, Flint, is charged with operating while intoxicated causing serious injury; operating with high blood alcohol content. Pretrial is scheduled for March 25, and preliminary exam is scheduled for April 1.
Jeremy Wayne Caron, 37, Columbiaville, is charged with motor vehicle – unlawful driving away. Pretrial was March 18, and preliminary exam is scheduled for March 25.
Michael Milo McConnell, 21, Caro, is charged with sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act. Pretrial was March 18, and preliminary exam is scheduled for March 25.

Circuit Court

Randall Owen Woodward, 41, Cass City, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for check – non-sufficient funds $500 or more. He was ordered to pay $948 in fines and costs.
William Neil Moore, 64, Davison, pled guilty to weapons – carrying concealed; and operating while intoxicated. Sentence date to be set.
Randy Lee Bussure, 55, Clifford, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. Sentence date to be set.
Jeremy Richard Fosdick, 34, Lapeer, was sentenced to a minimum of 2 years with credit for 163 days served for retail fraud – 1st degree. He was ordered to pay $3,461.03 in fines and costs.
Peter Francis Wood, 28, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 330 days with credit for one day for assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and 93 days with credit for 1 day for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $1,048 in fines and costs.
Matthew Levi Ward, 38, Vassar, was sentenced to 90 days with credit for 44 days for controlled substance – possession of analogues – habitual offender and 24 months of probation. He was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.
Robert Edward Hawthorne, 33, Vassar, pled no contest to criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree (person under 13) and criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree (relationship). Sentence date to be set.
Todd Allen Geisenhaver, 37, Millington, pled no contest to two counts of criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree (multiple variables). Sentence date to be set.
Justin Joseph Klein, 19, Akron, pled no contest to breaking and entering a building with intent; and larceny in a building. Sentence date to be set. In a separate case, Klein pled no contest to two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
Howard George Trinklein, 48, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed for criminal sexual conduct – 4th degree (force or coercion) and 93 days for assault and battery to be deferred month-to-month and 24 months probation for assault or assault and battery. He was ordered to pay $1,528 in fines and costs.
Dale Roger Lasiewicki, 61, Caro, was sentenced to 2-5 years for police officer – fleeing – 3rd degree; and 2-4 year concurrent sentences for three counts of assault with a dangerous (felonious assault) with credit for 113 days. He was ordered to pay $1,590 in fines and costs. In a separate case, Lasiewicki was sentenced to 2-5 years, also concurrent, for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense, with credit for 113 days. He was ordered to pay $1,318 in fines and costs.
Yvette Marisa Garcia, 35, Mayville, pled no contest to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. Sentence date to be set. In a separate case, she pled no contest to another charge of operating while intoxicated – third offense. Sentence date to be set.
Jason Michael Marygold, 35, Caro, pled guilty to polygamy, habitual offender 4th offense. Sentence date to be set.
