Gee, the unemployment during the Bush years was somewhere in the 5% range, lowest of any recent presidency. Bush did not spend one dime of taxpayers money, the Democrat controlled Congress does that. I agree with you that Bush signed just about every spending bill that the Democrats handed him and for that I am not happy. As vice-president, Cheney couldn’t and didn’t do anything. He is just there in case the President dies. Rumsfield was secretary of state, didn’t spend a dime. The act of war was approved overwhelmingly by both Democrats and Republicans and both repeatedly voted to fund the war again and again. Tax cuts will create jobs but only if the Government does not keep adding expensive programs that exceed the revenue taken in. It’s not hard to do, the American workers and private businesses do it all the time. We have a spending problem not an income problem.

One of the first things that George W Bush did when he was elected president was to raid the social security fund.

Bush was not only the dumbest president we’ve had in my life but he was the most corrupt president in my life time. His administration bankrupted our country and caused more harm to our nation than I would have believed possible.

All Social Security money was and still is put in a check book. Get it? Not a savings account. It never earned any interest. It never earned any dividends from stocks or bonds. It has to rely on children and grandchildren paying in so they can send that check to Grandma and Grandpa. It was a Ponzi scheme destined to fail.

If George W. Bush was dumb and bankrupted the nation, then what does that make President Obama who has spent more money than ALL of the previous Presidents combined?
